A flat rate of $1,000. This includes a 1.5-hour introductory and information gathering meeting, 7-hour research process, and 1.5-hour solution delivery meeting. Our team has negotiated hundreds of contracts and on average save $15,000 for first year clients. You will save more than the $1,000 you spend on our services in your next conference planning cycle. If we don’t make you your money back, we will provide a full refund.

We get into the weeds of your event and develop a Conference Profile, comprised of what's working well, current/anticipated obstacles, market position, and goals.
