Krista Fleming is a passionate entrepreneur, event producer, and travel curator with more than 25 years of experience in the meetings, events, and hospitality industry. Throughout her career, she has successfully planned and produced more than 125 conferences, festivals, retreats, and special events, creating meaningful experiences that bring people together and foster connection.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education and earned the prestigious Certified Meeting Manager (CMM) designation through the Meeting Professionals International (MPI) Academy. In recognition of her leadership and service to the industry, Krista was honored as the Southeast Chapter of the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) Volunteer of the Year in 2020.

When she’s not planning events or leading retreats, Krista enjoys gardening, reading, painting, taking walks, practicing yoga, travel, exploring new activities and adventures, and sharing great food and wine with friends and family.

Shannon has been an integral part of KF Events since 2006, bringing more than two decades of event planning and client service experience to every project. Before joining KF Events, she coordinated over 50 recruitment events worldwide for the University of British Columbia, building a strong foundation in logistics, relationship management, and creating exceptional event experiences.

Known for her attention to detail and approachable style, Shannon enjoys helping clients bring their visions to life while ensuring every event runs seamlessly. Outside of work, she loves spending time outdoors, connecting with friends, and road-tripping with her husband to visit their two sons, Noah and Caleb, as they pursue their passions for outdoor adventure in Montana.

Sean has been managing operations for fifteen years at KF Events. He has a Masters Degree from Regent College and his BA is in Communications. Sean enjoys spending time with Krista and their two adult children. He is over half-way on his quest to visit 100 countries and loves meeting people from around the globe. 

Annika has been working for KF Events since 2017. She has a B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Meeting Management from the University of Florida. Annika's passion for excellence is a great addition to the KF Events team. She likes to spend her free time going to concerts, traveling, and watching her favorite sports teams.
